Et le pire, c\u2019est que c\u2019est souvent vrai ! Car allez, disons-le encore rien que pour le plaisir de l\u2019\u00e9crire haut et fort, les chiffres sont faux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">La constante de notre \u00e9poque : la sophistication<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fait ils ne sont pas si faux que \u00e7a, calmons-nous quand m\u00eame. En revanche, ils sont sujet \u00e0 d\u00e9bat voire \u00e0 caution et parfois ils inspirent m\u00eame bien des r\u00e9serves. Alors la faute \u00e0 qui ? Des mauvais calculs ? Des comptes erron\u00e9s ? De la simple mauvaise foi ? Un peu de tout \u00e7a m\u00e9lang\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si <a href=\"https:\/\/oswego.eu\/pt\/workforce-management\/\">les chiffres<\/a> c\u2019est vrai, on leur fait dire ce que l\u2019on veut, ils ont au moins une constante que la raison ignore, un p\u00e9ch\u00e9 propre \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 notre \u00e9poque et \u00e0 nos m\u00e9tiers : La sophistication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">Trop de technos tuent le service<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sc\u00e8ne se passe tous les ans au salon de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client le <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">ALL4CUSTOMER<\/mark> au mois d\u2019avril \u00e0 Paris, Porte de Versailles. Ce n\u2019est pas li\u00e9 \u00e0 ce salon, elle pourrait se passer n\u2019importe o\u00f9 ailleurs. Une petite assembl\u00e9e est un peu \u00e9parpill\u00e9e les yeux riv\u00e9s devant un \u00e9cran. Un pr\u00e9sentateur \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un micro et d\u2019une t\u00e9l\u00e9commande pointant vers une application dernier cri s\u2019\u00e9merveille lui m\u00eame du miracle qui s\u2019accomplit \u00e0 chaque clic sur chacune des ic\u00f4nes. Car oui, en 2025, en mati\u00e8re de contacts usagers, la technologie peut tout faire, absolument tout et peut \u00eatre m\u00eame au-del\u00e0 de ce tout ! Et c\u2019est trop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce qu\u2019il y a une petite question pi\u00e8ge qui fait office de grain de sable dans ces m\u00e9caniques si parfaitement huil\u00e9es : Mais au fait, qui sait pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment tout ce qu\u2019il y a sous le capot de la gestion des contacts de son service ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">Une puissance technologique mal exploit\u00e9e<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et l\u00e0, le sujet se complique\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si on sait la plupart du temps quels outils sont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s, on remarque souvent que les services ne savent m\u00eame plus quelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 souscrites ni \u00e0 quoi elles servent, quelle est la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9el de l\u2019outil, sa couverture fonctionnelle, etc\u2026 En d\u2019autres termes, ils ne savent plus ou ne comprennent plus ce qu\u2019ils ont achet\u00e9. Aussi, on trouve de tout comme des outils que personne n\u2019utilise et d\u2019autres qui sont d\u00e9tourn\u00e9s de leur fonction pour couvrir un angle mort op\u00e9rationnel que personne n\u2019avait pris la peine d\u2019adresser. C\u2019est le fameux \u00ab Ha ouiiiiii, c\u2019est cet outil l\u00e0\u00e0\u00e0\u00e0\u00e0\u00e0 ! Mais nous on s\u2019en sert pas du tout pour \u00e7aaaaa ! On l\u2019utilise pour prioriser et compter les mails parce qu\u2019on n\u2019avait rien alors Francis nous l\u2019a install\u00e9 comme \u00e7a et \u00e7a marche \u00bb. Francis \u00e9tant parti vers d\u2019autres cieux il y a deux ans\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est un travers de notre \u00e9poque, la puissance technologique est d\u00e9mesur\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019usage qu\u2019on en fait. Tiens, par exemple, selon un bon nombre d\u2019\u00e9tudes, un utilisateur moyen utilise entre 10% et 20 % de la capacit\u00e9 de son I-Phone. Vous le saviez, vous ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En <a href=\"https:\/\/oswego.eu\/pt\/parcours-client\/\">gestion de contact<\/a> c\u2019est pareil et l\u2019arriv\u00e9e en force de l\u2019intelligence artificielle ne fait qu\u2019empirer les choses ! Epaississons le trait : demain on enfoncera un clou gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une appli qui simule le ratio force exerc\u00e9e et poids de l\u2019objet selon l\u2019angle de son plant\u00e9 affectant une dur\u00e9e de vie \u00e0 la seconde pr\u00e8s du moment o\u00f9 le clou tombera sous le poids du cadre qu\u2019il soutient assorti des reporting quotidiens de l\u2019\u00e9volution de notre clou et de son effet sur la gravit\u00e9 terrestre par an, par jour, par minutes et m\u00eame par seconde ramen\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019univers et surtout moyennant un abonnement \u00e0 30 euros par mois pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de toutes les mises \u00e0 jour en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">\u00catre strat\u00e9gique dans ses choix technologiques<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais la question n\u2019est s\u00fbrement pas de r\u00e9duire le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre des services rendus. Surtout pas, quelle erreur ! Non, la question pertinente c\u2019est d\u2019\u00eatre malin dans ses choix, connaisseur dans son approche, strat\u00e9gique dans ses d\u00e9ploiements et d\u2019aller au bout des solutions. Et de surveiller en permanence. Par exemple, depuis combien de temps n\u2019avez vous pas appel\u00e9 votre propre service pour <a href=\"https:\/\/oswego.eu\/pt\/quality-monitoring\/\">vous rendre compte<\/a> qu\u2019une ramification du Serveur Vocal Interactif dernier cri boute sur une voix synth\u00e9tique extr\u00eamement bien faite qui raconte n\u2019importe quoi en dix langues ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mot d\u2019ordre : fuir les effets de mode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un premier mot d\u2019ordre : Ne jamais c\u00e9der aux effets de mode, jamais ! Et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque des influenceurs et influenceuses B2B, ce n\u2019est pas toujours si simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">Privil\u00e9gier les grosses m\u00e9caniques qui marchent<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00e9canique de pr\u00e9cision c\u2019est bien, la m\u00e9canique qui marche, c\u2019est mieux. Combien sont ces managers de proximit\u00e9 la t\u00eate ensevelie sous les d\u00e9luges de chiffres et de tableaux de bord que leur servent les outils de gestions de contact ? Les outils, encore eux, doivent savoir se parler\u2026 etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">Ce que veulent vraiment usagers et organisations<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revenons aux basiques. <a href=\"https:\/\/oswego.eu\/pt\/parcours-client\/\">Un usager attend une et une seule chose<\/a> : La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la question qu\u2019il pose et ce quelque soit le moyen de la poser. Une organisation attend une et une seule chose : Pourquoi les usagers la contactent et combien \u00e7a co\u00fbte de leur r\u00e9pondre dans un nombre de contacts imparti, c\u2019est dire un seul, le premier contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">Th\u00e9or\u00e8me : complexit\u00e9 = multiplication des contacts<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posons ici un th\u00e9or\u00e8me : le volume de contacts \u00e9mis par un seul usager augmente de mani\u00e8re exponentielle \u00e0 mesure qu\u2019il se perd dans les m\u00e9andres automatis\u00e9s d\u2019une sophistication pourvue d\u2019un empilement de technologies toutes plus puissantes les unes que les autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">Conclusion : le prix de l\u2019innovation mal pilot\u00e9e<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai entendu r\u00e9cemment \u00ab Mobilisons tout le budget sur les technologies et l\u2019innovation \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dommage.
