Le combat est permanent et n\u2019offre pour ainsi dire que peu de r\u00e9pit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, les familles, les aidants et les personnes concern\u00e9es savent aussi : le travail est l\u2019un des tous premiers pas pour renouer avec le lien social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et il y a urgence !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le constat est sans appel : Le ch\u00f4mage est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour 80% des personnes concern\u00e9es par l\u2019autisme. 80%. Ni plus ni moins.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9termin\u00e9s que nous sommes chez&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/Ce ne sont pourtant pas les mauvaises intentions qui orientent et structurent ce chemin pav\u00e9 d'adversit\u00e9 et, osons le mot, de souffrance. Non.\">DOO conseil<\/a>, nous avons lanc\u00e9 une initiative pour comprendre les freins et prendre la mesure des leviers \u00e0 activer pour amorcer un d\u00e9but de retournement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En voici quelque lignes force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">1. Pourquoi\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/doo-conseil.com\/\">DOO conseil<\/a>\u00a0?<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/doo-conseil.com\/\">DOO conseil<\/a>&nbsp;est \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e des chemins, un trait d\u2019union entre l\u2019associatif et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. Une passerelle entre des mondes qui avancent dans des voies parall\u00e8les mais avec des opportunit\u00e9s trop rares de se parler, de se comprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aussi, nous sommes enracin\u00e9s dans l\u2019inclusion par la force des choses. Associ\u00e9s fondateurs,&nbsp;<strong>nous sommes parents<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>aidants<\/strong>&nbsp;dans le champ de l\u2019autisme. Discuter avec l\u2019ensemble des acteurs impliqu\u00e9s est notre quotidien : Le m\u00e9dico-social, les associations, les entreprises, les familles, les personnes concern\u00e9es, les dirigeants, les salari\u00e9s, etc\u2026 Nous parlons couramment tous les langages de ces mondes tr\u00e8s s\u00e9par\u00e9s et nous pratiquons quotidiennement les m\u00e9andres de leurs parcours complexes. Mieux, nous les pratiquons avec d\u2019autres familles, d\u2019autres aidants et toutes les personnes concern\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interagir avec tous ces mondes n\u2019est pas une chose simple ! Mais en tout cas, apr\u00e8s avoir fond\u00e9 plusieurs associations, il nous a sembl\u00e9 \u00e9vident que l\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait le meilleur moyen de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer ces deux horizons qui, loin de s\u2019opposer, ont au contraire vocation \u00e0 se nourrir l\u2019un l\u2019autre pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leurs dynamiques. Performance \u00e9conomique et performance sociale sont bien les deux jambes sur lesquelles nous pouvons compter pour progresser dans un monde humain \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de chacun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de revenir plus en d\u00e9tail dans un autre article sur ce qui fa\u00e7onne notre travail, nous voulons partager cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude socle que nous avons men\u00e9 avec notre r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">2. L\u2019enqu\u00eate<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons men\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de notre \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me particuli\u00e8rement h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne : \u00e9ducateurs, charg\u00e9s d\u2019insertion, salari\u00e9s, dirigeants d\u2019entreprise, personnes concern\u00e9es, etc\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous leur avons pos\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les m\u00eames questions et les r\u00e9ponses \u00e9taient anonymes. L\u2019anonymat permet d\u2019avoir des r\u00e9ponses franches !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons consolid\u00e9 les nombreuses r\u00e9ponses pour en sortir des lignes forces. M\u00eame si les r\u00e9sultats n\u2019ont aucune valeur scientifique, elles ont au moins l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de montrer une tendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, pour compl\u00e9ter cette \u00e9tude, nous avons mis en mouvement un petit groupe de travail issu de tous les horizons pour avancer concr\u00e8tement vers un&nbsp;<em>mieux<\/em>&nbsp;op\u00e9rationnel sur le sujet de l\u2019inclusion professionnelle des personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attention : L\u2019analyse compl\u00e8te de ce travail n\u2019est disponible que pour ceux qui y prennent part mais nous acceptons d\u2019en partager ici quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments de synth\u00e8se.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En apart\u00e9 : si vous souhaitez prendre part \u00e0 nos \u00e9tudes et r\u00e9flexion,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/doo-conseil.com\/contact\/\">c\u2019est par ici que cela se passe\u2026<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">3. Alors, qu\u2019est-ce qui bloque ?<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est la toute premi\u00e8re question que nous avons pos\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9ponses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreuses et quelques sujets font au moins l\u2019unanimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re bonne nouvelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A 72% ils nous disent que les managers et les \u00e9quipes ne sont pas accompagn\u00e9s\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour recevoir des personnes en inclusion, il n\u2019y a de myst\u00e8re pour aucun de nos r\u00e9pondants, toutes cat\u00e9gories confondues, les managers doivent \u00eatre soutenus. Ce soutien passe bien s\u00fbr par la formation mais aussi par la mise en place d\u2019un r\u00e9f\u00e9rent ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons senti \u00e9galement une sorte de r\u00e9ticence avant de s\u2019embarquer dans ce sujet et c\u2019est bien l\u00e9gitime : la peur de mal faire. La question du handicap est une question avec un enjeu fort : l\u2019humain. Et toutes les parties sont concern\u00e9es : les personnes re\u00e7ues et les \u00e9quipes qui re\u00e7oivent. Un rat\u00e9 ou un \u00e9chec est une perte pour tous. Fiabilit\u00e9, inventivit\u00e9 et parfois m\u00eame g\u00e9nie\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>60% des sond\u00e9s abordent la question du recrutement<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ici encore les voix s\u2019accordent. Le processus de recrutement n\u2019est pas adapt\u00e9 aux personnes en inclusion. Concr\u00e8tement, les personnes concern\u00e9es par l\u2019autisme sont soumis aux m\u00eames processus de s\u00e9lection que tout le monde. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on qu\u2019il ne viendrait jamais \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de quiconque de demander \u00e0 une personne en fauteuil de courir un 100 m\u00e8tres pour d\u00e9montrer son talent, il y a des astuces \u00e0 prendre en compte dans une d\u00e9marche inclusive dans l\u2019autisme. Adapter le processus de recrutement et le rendre accessible de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quitable est une cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-contrast-2-color\">4.
